New membership and website registration

Thank you for your interest in registering with the RCNC website. To register please follow the instructions below.

1. Please select one of the registration options below. You can either join as an existing member, or join as a new member.
2. You will be directed to a form. Please fill and submit the form. An administrator will be notified and will review your application.
3. Depending on application type:
   1. If you are an "existing member" your details will be checked against existing records. Once verified a registration link will be provided.
   2. If you are applying as a "new member", an application form will be sent to you to complete and submit. Once your application form has been reviewed and accepted by the council, a signup link will be provided.
